  • Whisk the Dressing: In a small jar or bowl, whisk 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, ½ teaspoon salt, and black pepper until the oil and vinegar are completely unified.
