Roasted cauliflower is a tasty and tender-crisp side dish you can make with four ingredients in about 30 minutes.

STEP 1: Get your ingredients ready.

STEP 2: Season cauliflower florets with olive oilsalt, and  pepper and toss with your hands; then arrange on a single layer.

STEP 3: Bake at 400°F or 200°C for 20 minutes, then turn the florets around with a spatula and bake for another 10 minutes

STEP 4: Or air-fry them for 12-15 mins.

SERVE: with pasta, a creamy sauce and parmesan cheese.

Enjoy in a salad as a healthy lunch - it's perfect for weekdays.
