Oat flour muffins are an easy, healthy, and tasty recipe ideal for a quick breakfast or snack.

STEP 1: Blend oats at high speed for about 1 min till you have oat flour. Transfer to a bowl.

STEP 2: add the bananas, almond milk, dates, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and salt. Blend till smooth.

STEP 3: Add dry ingredients. Blend until well incorporated.

STEP 4: Transfer into an oiled 6-muffin tin, and bake at 350°F for about 25-30 mins.

Let cool down for 15 min before serving.

SERVE: with peanut butter or butter and jam.

A healthy breakfast on the go without added sugar.
