Our focaccia bread is golden and crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. With our no-knead recipe, you won't even make your hands dirty.

STEP 1: Mix lukewarm waterinstant dry yeast, and sugar

STEP 2:  Add flour and salt to the yeast mix

STEP 3:  Mix until you have a wet and sticky dough

STEP 4:  Proog for 2.5 hours covered with a cloth

STEP 5:  Fold the dough on itself 20 times w. spatula

STEP 6:  Transfer to baking pan, proof 2nd time for 1 hour

STEP 7:  Make dimples w. your fingers, add toppings

STEP 8:  Bake in preheated oven for 18-25 mins at 450F

STEP 9:  Serve immediately while hot.
