Greek salad is a simple, tasty, and refreshing dish made with fresh veggies and feta cheese.

STEP 1: Wash and cut the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and green bell pepper.

STEP 2: Arrange chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and bell pepper onto a plate.

STEP 3: Add Kalamata olives, cubed feta, dried oregano, salt, and olive oil.

STEP 4: Or place a block of Feta on top of the veggies, sprinkle with more dried oregano, and more olive oil.

Optionally, garnish with fresh mint or basil leaves.

A refreshing and vibrant summer salad!

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.

Serve with pita bread as a Mediterranean starter.
