Crostini are small slices of crunchy toasted bread you can eat as an appetizer or with soups and stews.

STEP 1: Slice baguette between ⅓-inch and ½-inch thick

STEP 2:  Put on baking trey, brush w. oil, Bake at 450°F for 7 minutes until crispy.

AIR FRY:  Air fry on 390°F or 200°C, and cook time to 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brush w. garlic.

Perfect with soups and salads with dinner or lunch.

Or get creative with toppings!

Such as: veggies (mushrooms, broccoli mash)

Bell peppers, artichokes and zucchini.
