Bircher Muesli is a humble but delicious overnight oats recipe made with simple wholesome ingredients.

STEP 1: – To a large bowl, add the oats, milk, and raisins. Cover with a plate and let rest overnight in the refrigerator.

STEP 2: Next morning, or when you're ready to eat it, take out of the fridge.

STEP 3:  Add grated apple and almond chunks.

STEP 4: if you like, add a drizzle of maple syrup. Serve.

You can also swap apples for banana and peanut butter.

A healthy (and indulgent) breakfast.
