Cut pears in half lengthwise. With a teaspoon remove seeds and place on a baking pan.

STEP 2: Fill pears with pieces of pecans. Drizzle with maple syrup, and sprinkle with cinnamon.

STEP 3: Bake at 350°F or 180°C for 30 minutes.

TIP! Check for doneness with the tip of a knife.

SERVE: with plant-based yoghurt, ice cream, or granola on top.
