To a large bowl, add 2 cups rolled oats, 1⅔ cups almond milk, and ¼ cup raisins.
Stir, then cover with a plate and let it soak in the fridge overnight.
The following day, stir the mixture with a spoon then mix it with 3 apples grated with the large holes of a box grater.Optionally, add 3 tablespoons lemon juice and 3 tablespoon maple syrup.Divide into 3 portions and top with ½ cup almonds, toasted and chopped.
Optionally, add your favorite toppings. We recommend:- Peanut butter, banana, and dark chocolate.- Fresh berries, yogurt, and maple syrup.
