Dry some stale bread in the oven for about 20 minutes at 150˚C (300˚F)
In a high speed blender or food processor, blend together stale bread, thyme, garlic clove and black pepper until fine (30 to 60 seconds)
Add the olive oil and mix for another 10 seconds
Distribute your fake parmesan into a bowl, add some sea salt to taste and mix with your hands to remove any lumps
Drizzle on your favourite vegan pasta for a delicious, flavour-boosting and and crunchy finish!
