VEGAN PESTO

INGREDIENTS

Pan fry spinach, firm tofu, almonds, water, oil, nutritional yeast

BLEND all ingredients for 1-2 mins until you get a pesto-consistency

COOK IT!

Boil pasta. Meanwhile, warm up pesto on a pan w. 1/2 cup pasta water

MIX with pasta for 2-3 mins and serve on individual plates 

Grate with lemon zest on top. And enjoy!
