STEP 2: Add the milk, water, andvanilla to the bowl with the dry ingredients. Whisk gently just until the wet and dry ingredients come together, without overmixing.
STEP3: Lightly oil the pan, then cook the pancakes on low heat for about 1.5 minutes on one side, then turn them gently and cook for another 1 minute on the other side.
If you store them in the refrigerator, you can stack them on top of each other, put them in a bowl and cover them with a plate. Reheat in the microwave for just a minute.
