Our vegan donuts are real yeast donuts, and you can either deep-fry them or bake them in the oven.

STEP 1: – To a large bowl, add the grated zest of one lemon, sugar, oil, vanilla and then pour in milk with yeast. –

STEP 2:  Add in flour and mix with a spoon

STEP 3:  Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead for 5 minutes.

STEP 4:  Let the dough proof in a bowl for 2 hours

STEP 5:  Roll out the dough and cut into discs

STEP 6:  Arrange on baking tray. Let proof for another 30 mins.

STEP 7:  Bake or deep fry

STEP 8:  Bake them for just 10-12 mins.

STEP 9:  Glaze or dip in sugar
