STEP 1: Preheat oven to 300 degrees, cut the cherry tomatoes in half
Season each tomato with salt, oregano and olive oil
STEP 3: Add a pin of sugar on every tomato
Slow roast in the oven for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes at 300F
If you love garlic, brush grated garlic on every tomato before baking.
Serve on bread, pastas, in sandwiches etc.
