Crumble tofu
with hands, not too fine. Add to a
bowl
. Season with
soy
sauce

salt

pepper

garlic
powder
.

bake for 15 minutes.
In the meantime make the sauce.

Fry oil, celery, onion and carrot in a pan

pepper, and baked tofu.
