TOFU PASTA "BOLOGNESE"

Tofu pasta or tofu bolognese can be put together for a quick, easy, and nutritious meal in less than 30 minutes.

STEP 1: Crumble tofu with hands, not too fine. Add to a bowl. Season with soy sauce,  salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

STEP 2:  spread tofu on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes. In the meantime make the sauce.

STEP 3:  Fry oil, celery, onion and carrot in a pan

STEP 4: Add canned tomatoessoy saucesalt pepper, and baked tofu. Stir.

STEP 5: Turn the heat off, add fresh basil or chopped parsley, and serve on your favorite pasta.

Eat immediately and store leftover sauce in the fridge for 3-4 days.
