INGREDIENTS

STEP 1: Chop and fry onion, then add spices

STEP 2:  Toast the spices while stirring

STEP 3:  Add broth,  tofu, tomatoes,  coconut milk, and veggies

STEP 4:  Stir and cook for 20 mins

STEP 5:  Add garam masala. Let cool 5 mins

STEP 6:  Serve on basmati rice w. koriander

STORAGE:  Store in the fridge 3-4 days
