Rich, creamy, nutty, and incredibly nutritious, tahini sauce is a favorite drizzle-on everything sauce.

STEP 1: Pour tahini into a medium bowl, then add lemon juicewater, peeled and crushed garlic clove, and salt.

STEP 2:  Whisk for about a minute or two, until ingredients are combined and the tahini changes color from light brown to beige.

STEP 3:  Taste and adjust for salt and lemon juice. Tahini sauce should be creamy but quite runny.

SERVE: on your favorite veggies and legumes (here with roasted carrots)

A healthy dressing for pasta salad too!
