Our sun-dried tomato pesto is a quick, yet delicious recipe for a rich, nutty pesto perfect as a spread, dip, or condiment for a quick pasta dish.

STEP 1: To a blender, add all the ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes, water, walnuts, olive oil, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, and garlic.

STEP 2:  If your blender is not powerful, add the sundried tomato in small pieces before blending

STEP 2:  Blend until you get a finely coarse texture (1 minute).

STEP 3: Serve with pita, use as sandwich spread or pasta sauce.

STEP 5: We even use it on pizza and bruschetta. Get creative!

A protein-rich, and healthy dip idea!

And it keeps well in the fridge for 4-5 days and can be frozen too!
