Our side salad is a simple recipe you can serve with most main meals. It's easy, crunchy, fresh, and goes with most dinners.

STEP 1: Chop and add ingredients to a large bowl.

STEP 2: Add extra virgin olive oilvinegar, and salt.

STEP 3: Toss the salad well before serving it as a side dish to most mains.

TIP: serve with our Italian dressing or mustard vinaigrette

SERVE: with your favorite dinner (here with fried eggplant).
