Romesco sauce is a simple recipe that’s made in 5 minutes in a blender. It’s so fast and easy to make, and it tastes delicious!

STEP 1: Peel and cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove its core, if any, and add it to the food processor.

STEP 2:  Add dry ingredients to the blender together with garlic

STEP 3:  Blend until you get a finely coarse texture (1 minute).

STEP 4: Add jarred roasted bell peppers (drained), sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained), extra virgin olive oil, and vinegar.

STEP 5: Blend until you have a creamy, thick, and rustic romesco sauce.

A healthy dip for veggies + potatoes!

And a perfect condiment for pasta and vegan fish too!
