Roasted sweet potatoes are quick, tasty, and easy. Serve them as a side dish or use them to make other delicious recipes.

STEP 1: With a sharp knife, chop them into 1-Inch cubes (2.5 cm).

STEP 2:  Season with extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

STEP 3:  Bake in the oven at 400°F or 200°C for 30 to 45 minutes until tender.

STEP 4: Transfer onto a serving platter and serve with a dip, sprinkle with salt and fresh parsley.

Serve as Appetizer: Drizzle with tahini sauce and slivered almonds.
