FIRST: Get your ingredients ready.

STEP 1: Rinse and shake the water off the broccoli head. Cut the florets into similar-sized pieces.

STEP 2: Transfer the broccoli florets onto the baking sheet and season with olive oilsalt, and black pepper.

STEP 3: Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes until the florets are tender-crisp.

STEP 4: Transfer onto a serving platter and drizzle with the dressing.

VARIATION: Sprinkle with grated parmesan (or dairy-free) and broil for a few minutes until it melts.
