PAN FRIED TOFU "PIZZAIOLA"

MAKE TOMATO SAUCE

Oil, garlic, passata (pureed tomatoes) and oregano. Let simmer for 5 mins

2 blocks of tofu, thinly sliced (9 oz in total)

COOK IT!

Submerge the tofu in tomato sauce → simmer for 5 mins (add salt!)

Serve with pan-fried leafy greens (such as spinach, bok choi, chinese cabbage)
