Our tofu mushroom recipe is an Italian-inspired meal, perfect for a quick and tasty everyday dinner.

STEP 1: Soak the dried porcini mushroom with hot water for 10 minutes.

STEP 2:  add olive oil, garlic, and sliced mushrooms to a skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 3:  Add the soaked dried mushrooms and their soaking water

STEP 4: While the mushrooms cook, slice tofu and coat each slice in flour.

STEP 5: Cook the tofu slices on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.

STEP 6: Add the mushrooms to the tofu, vegetable broth, and chopped parsley.

SERVE: while hot, around 3 slices per person.
