It's a perfect main dish for lunch or dinner, and it's very easy. It's kid-friendly and contains all the macros to keep you healthy and satiated.

STEP 1: Get your ingredients ready.

STEP 2: In a dutch oven, fry chopped onion and carrot with oil for 3 minutes.

STEP 3: Add tomato pasteminced garlicrosemary, and bay leaves, and fry for two more minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 4: Add vegetable brothhalved cherry tomatoesrinsed lentilssalt, and black pepper.

STEP 5: Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

STEP 6: Add in the ditalini pasta, and if required, some more vegetable broth. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

STEP 6: When the pasta is cooked, turn the heat off and add the chopped parsley, taste, and adjust for salt and consistency.
