Customize the salad by choosing your favorite add-ins, and season it with dressing to add a bright and tangy taste.

STEP 1: Add chopped lettuceradicchioarugulacherry tomatoesred onioncarrots, and celery to a large bowl.

STEP 2: Next, add extras: olives, croutonspumpkin seeds, and sun-dried tomatoes.

STEP 3: Drizzle with the dressingtoss, and you are ready to serve it.

STORAGE: keep in the fridge for about 24 hours,  it will lose its crunch after about 2 hours.

SERVE: With a main dish, such as pasta, pizza or lasagna.
