Italian Vegan


All-purpose flour Sugar Instant dry yeast  Plant-milk soy, almond, oat Water Sunflower oil Vanilla extract Orange zest Jam of your choice


In a bowl, start by mixing flour, yeast, sugar and your choice of plant milk

Then, add sunflower oil and salt and knead the dough for 5 mins. Let proof for 2 hours

Once proofed, gently transfer the dough to plain surface and start rolling until 0.5 inch thick

Use a round pasta cutter or a glass to make as many disks as you can. Fill with chocolate or jam and cover with "dough-lid"

Once stuffed, let rest on a baking trey for another hour. Then, bake for 12-15 mins at 360F/180C

Serve with powdered sugar on top once cooled down. Best enjoyed immediately.
