HOW TO MAKE THE
Choose the type
- Black kale "cavolo nero" - Common curvy kale - Red Russian
grate lemon zest on top of the kale chips for a savoury spin
Mix grated garlic (or minced garlic) and olive oil. Brush each kale leave w. the mixture.
Variation" chop it up
the kale chips can also be chopped into bite-size pieces
Bake for 20-25 mins at 140C or 280F They are ready when crisp!
Take the kale out of the oven, season with salt, some chili flakes, and some grated lemon zest.
