This risotto is ready in just 20 minutes!

You need rice "risotto" type

And your choice of deglaze: lemon juice or white wine.

And add your choice of creaminess: margarine, soy milk or olive oil

For this risotto, I use asparagus - but mushrooms, pumpkin, peas and zucchini are also good
