Homemade croutons are a simple way to add flavor and crunch to salads, soups, and casseroles. Ready in 15!

STEP 1: Cut the bread into slices with a serrated bread knife first, then into cubes.

STEP 2:  To a large skillet, add the olive oil, herbs, and spices (we use rosemary).

STEP 3:  Fry on medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning the bread.

Let cool down before storing them in an airtight container.

BAKE: Drizzle w. oil. Sprinkle salt pepper, garlic powder + rosemary. Bake 7+7 mins

Flip the cubes halfway through baking, until golden and crunchy.

Perfect on soups, salads and stews.
