with a
creamy mustard dressing

STEP
1
:
chop the tips off the greens beans
. Then turn them around, realign them and chop.

: Put the trimmed green beans
in a colander
and
rinse them with water.

STEP 3: Boil the green beans
for
4 to 6 minutes. Plunge
into a large bowl of ice water (blanching).

add the ingredients for the mustard dressing and
whisk well

STEP 5: Add beans to the dressing
. Add
cherry tomatoes
and
basil.
Toss.

Now
crumble in half of the feta cheese
and give it another
