Boil potatoes for 30-50 mins. Drain and
peel them while still hot,
use a cloth so you don't burn yourself.

In a large bowl, mash potatoes with a fork
or potato ricer.

until you get a compact but
soft gnocchi dough.

Sprinkle your
worktop with flour

four pieces.
Take one part and roll it into
long ropes,

¾ inch or 2 cm
thick
