Fried zucchini is a favorite summer recipe that is light and crispy outside, tender and juicy inside, and with a bold, savory flavor you'll love.

Cut 2 zucchini into slices

Prep milk, flour, and breadcrumbs mix in 3 containers.

Toss zucchini in milk, add them to the flour, close the container and shake till coated

Put the zucchini back in the milk, toss with a spoon, add to the breadcrumbs and shake until coated.

Pick your cooking: deep-fry, air fryer or oven bake.

DEEP FRYING:  340°F or 170°C oil temperature

AIR FRY: 400°F or 200°C for about 10 minutes

BAKE: 430°F or 220°C for 20-30 mins.

Enjoy with marinara sauce.
