An easy and healthy alternative to orange chicken. We use crispy oven-baked tofu coated in a sticky, sweet and sour orange sauce.


STEP 1: Cut tofu into dice. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add olive oil, soy sauce, and corn starch.

STEP 2:  Arrange on baking sheet, Bake at 390F for 15 minutes.

STEP 3:  Orange sauce - Add all ingredients except corn starch and water. Cook 3 mins

STEP 4:  Add cornstarch + water, stir until sauce thickens.

STEP 5:  Add in baked tofu, coat with sauce

STEP 6:  Serve on rice with green onion on top

STEP 7:  Add steamed veggies; broccoli, cabbage on the side.

VARIATION: with bell pepper in the sauce

STORAGE:  in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
