Chocolate Brownie Cake

aquafaba, flour, dark chocolate, sugar and vegan butter

Melt dark chocolate and vegan butter in a bowl. Underneath is a pot with boiling water. The steam will make it melt.

Once melted, set the chocolate blend aside.

AQUAFABA in a separate bowl, sift a can of chickpeas and save their water (aquafaba)

Add sugar and prep your electric whisk!

Whisk for 2-3 mins until you have a liquid, foamy mass

Mix the chocolate into the aquafaba blend

Prep a cake  pan, preferably with removable bottom, also known as springform pan (9 inches - 23 cm)

Pour into the cake pan and bake for 30 mins at 340F

Let your cake cool and remove it from the cake dish!
