A quick, delicious, bright sauce you can use as a topping for many dishes. With olive oil, parsley, garlic, vinegar, and red pepper flakes.

STEP 1: To a small mixing bowl, add parsley, garlic, dried oregano, salt, red pepper flakes, olive oil, and vinegar.

STEP 2:  Set the heat to low and Mix well with a spoon and your chimichurri is ready.

STEP 3:  For best flavor, let sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.

STEP 4:  Serve on your favorite veggies; roasted, steamed and baked

With tofu and proteins: it works well as a flavor enhancer

Brush on veggies: for a "full" flavor experience
