It's a quick and simple recipe that allows you to make spicy chili oil from scratch in just over 10 minutes. P.s. This recipe is not Chinese chili oil.

STEP 1: To a skillet, add the olive oil and the red pepper flakes.

STEP 2:  Set the heat to low and let fry very gently for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the paprika.

STEP 3:  Let cool down off the heat for about 10 minutes before using the chili oil.

SERVE: on your favorite veggies and legumes

And with veggies: roasted carrots, potatoes and greens

A healthy oil for soups and tofu too!

And a refreshing condiment for vegan salads!
