Spaghetti Vegan meltable cheese Pepper Coarse sea salt


Blend the vegan cheese for 20-30 seconds

The texture needs to looks like this.

Roast+crush pepper for the ultimate taste experience.  Meanwhile, boil spaghetti.

Add vegan cheese and pasta water to a hot pan

Melt the cheese while stirring

Add the crushed/ground pepper

Once spaghetti is al dente, add to the sauce + a little pasta water

Mix gently, try not to break spaghetti

So creamy...

Serve immediately with extra pepper on top
