You can prepare this in 10 minutes and bake it in 30. It's an easy yet indulgently delicious dessert for special occasions, weekends, or a sweet Sunday treat.

Get your ingredients ready

STEP 2: To a mixing bowl, add grated lemon zestsugar, oil, and water. Stir well with a spatula.

STEP 3: In a separate bowl, combine floursalt, and baking powder, then add them to the wet ingredients. Compact the dough with your hands.

STEP 4: Transfer the dough to the tart pan and flatten it with your hands to cover the bottom and sides.

STEP 5: Prick the bottom and sides with a fork.

STEP 6: Rinse the blueberries, shake off most of the water, then toss them with sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract.

STEP 7: Arrange the berries in the tart shell.

STEP 8: Bake in the oven at 350°F or 180°C for 30 minutes in the center of the oven until the edges are golden brown.

Grate some lemon zest on top, then slice and serve as is with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar for a luxurious finish.
