Air fryer tofu is a convenient, easy recipe you can make in less than 15 minutes with very simple ingredients.

STEP 1: Drain tofu and cut into cubes or slabs.

STEP 2:  Mix tofu with add oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

STEP 3:  Sprinkle with cornstarch, toss.

STEP 4: Air fry for 12-15 mins

STEP 5: Check chewiness.

STEP 6: Serve as they are on top of salads, bowls.

STEP 7: Sprinkle with fresh parsley
